Type 2 Diabetes

Brief history of the development of  SAI Pre-Diabeatsand SAI Diabeats

To make a long story short, Dr. Pasupuleti was diagnosed as Type 2 Diabetes in September 2001and his Physician put him on glucophage and cholesterol lowering medicines, statins. Unfortunately lipitor gave him severe side reactions (muscle aches) and the doctor replaced lipitor with Zocor without much success. Then the doctor prescribed Pravachol which also resulted in similar side reactions.  This is when Dr. Pasupuleti was frustrated and started researching on natural products that not only maintains blood glucose levels but also reduces total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, weight, triglycerides and increases HDL cholesterol.

Dr. Pasupuleti began experimenting with them in summer2002.

Dr. Pasupuleti totally stopped taking glucophage and cholesterol lowering medicines since late 2002 and using the natural products.  In the last four years Dr. Pasupuleti’s HbA1c is below 6 as opposed to 14.6, cholesterol levels 160-177 as opposed to 218 and same with triglycerides 77 compared to 113, weight 160 pounds compared to 192 pounds. In summer 2004 Dr. Pasupuleti was enrolled to participate in a clinical study for type 2 diabetic patients for the drug Actos looking for cardiovascualr indications by Takeda Pharmaceuticals. After a brief clinic visit Dr. Pasupuleti was rejected for the clinical studies saying that he is not diabetic.

Dr. Pasupuleti gave this formulation to his family members, relatives and friends and got similar results.

SAI Prediabeats and SAI Diabeats are scientifically formulated by Dr.Pasupuleti using selected nutraceutical ingredients based on their scientific and clinical evidence, after exhaustive screening of nutraceutical ingredients.

SAI Prediabeats and SAI Diabeats were developed out of frustration for his own use to get out of the medicines that gave him serious side reactions. For more than two years he was taking the supplement and never thought of commercializing.
It took more than two years to perfect the formulation with great taste.

Dr. Pasupuleti decided to commercialize the formulation only when Takeda Pharmaceuticals rejected him for a clinical trial of Actos looking for other indications besides lowering blood glucose.
